What’s on MY Mind Dr. Google Asks

“What’s on my Mind” Dr. Google asks. I say food, chocolate-a fruit b/c it grows on trees, right? 3 meals, snacks or no snacks, intermittent fasting, I am what I eat, I am when I eat, I don’t want to eat, I just ate-can’t you see. It is too much to comprehend, too many selections, takes too much time to shop, prep and cook. I don’t know how to cook, I don’t have a cook book, no pots and pans, not even a table or frig. And that all is just the tip of it all, in each of our neighborhoods. You can’t even smell good food cooking anymore, just dryer sheets. So, I am asking for ideas from you all, recommendations for our make believe class to show and tell how to keep it simple and optimally nutritious. Supplements are allowed but should be adjuncts not replacements. A simple but complete recipe book loaded with comfort foods that are easy to make and highly nutrient dense, with pantry, equipment, menu ideas, easy to read recipes, maybe some videos to tune into by phone or computer, and…? Yes, there is a difference between what you want and what you are willing and able to do. Which most often means that nothing is done. Human nature. Please comment rather than hitting the like tab. Thank you,
