Things about your heart you may not know or taking care of:
1. The blood vessels in your heart are the most likely to clog.
2. Nearly 1/2 of all heart attacks are silent, no symptoms. the first
symptom in a significant number of those is death.
3. 11% lower CVD by eating more vegetables and fruits, daily,
bananas made the stats even better. How much V & F? Ask me.
4. Exercise. Racket sports cut risk for fatal CVD by 59%, especially
tennis and badminton. There is no substitute for exercise. It can
be customized as needed.
5. Your heart is a muscle. Along with #4, above, you need
adequate protein, every day, each meal and snack. Why? B/c
we lose muscle mass as we age, starting around age 35. This is
involuntary and silent, called Sarcopenia. If you are interested in
