The 30 days begins the first Monday of each month. There are Monday support and education gatherings on Zoom at 8 P.M. Eastern (7 P.M. Central, 6 P.M. Mountain, 5 P.M. Pacific). WEEK # 1: GETTING READY – (6 Jun)
● Introduction and how to prepare for the 7-day cleanse
● Shopping and chopping and packaging your foods (especially if you work away from home).

WEEK #2: CLEANSE BEGINS – REMOVE (13 Jun)
● The 7- day cleanse begins Monday morning.
● This check-in is for Q&A and education about why we cleanse – understanding your gut microbiome’s health and its importance to true wellness.

WEEK # 3: CLEAN EATING – REPLACE AND REPAIR (20 Jun)
● This week you can add back clean whole foods – including your protein Life Shakes.
● Come enjoy the blender shake-off!

WEEK #4: THE NEW YOU! – REBUILD (27 Jun)
● Learn more about choosing your foods wisely, exercise and maintaining a healthy balance.
