Drink Up Hydration challenge

This message appears to be extreme and is actually a reminder that fluid intake and balance is critical. Obviously there are more than five D’s. One is missing. What could that be? Make a comment. Monday, the 9th, we are starting our 5 day Water Challenge. Lots of great info. I wrote my master’s Thesis on hydration with a CHO/Elecrolyte beverage hydration study with the U.S. Biathlon team, simulating a 20K race. I will plug in some of the info from that. There will be a lot more. You have to be proactive to get in as it is a private group. That means ask me to invite you and I will, and I guarantee each of us will learn something, have some fun, have a chance to win a prize if you do your homework, and you won’t be thirsty
