Drink Up Hydration challenge


Take a look at the Rectal Temperature scale (y axis). Above The Zone of Impending Exhaustion is FEVER. You give me Fever!!!. Fever in the morning!!! Fever in the night!!!… If you are lucky, an IV in each arm and a trip to the hospital, just sayin’. Water equaling sweat loss is like a perpetual motion machine. There are ways to make that more efficient and appealing. Attend to the info this week and ask questions. This is pertinent to all ages and activity levels. If you think that you don’t need water you probably need water. October 19 we start our “Drink Up Hydration Challenge”. Lots of great info, recipes, hacks, gift chances if you do your homework, and lots more. There will be greater rewards for you if you heed the info and regrets and unintended consequences if you don’t. Simple as that.
