What you put into your body is what you get out! A small percentage of what we are is purely genetic. The rest of what we become is related to how well we support those genes. Food is information. Beat up the genes and they return the favor. Nurture them and they return in kind. Our training gives us the strength, stamina, and practice to get to the finish line.

Nutrition, genetics and training form a triangle, a very strong geometric shape. These three are the very strong base to our lives and outcome. Let’s form a sub triangle, superimposed over the first, with Hydration, Dietary Needs, and Sleep being the three sides. Would you like to know more?
