Use It or Lose It

We have all heard the quip “If you don’t use it you lose it.” In the words of a Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist “your body doesn’t waste time and energy on parts that aren’t being used-your brain, legs, lungs, heart, et al” (Dr. Brad). I think I would add eyes as people don’t read much anymore, less than one book a year is the average in this country. Sometimes I read one a week. Get up and go I would say…
