Vitamin B12

Humans cannot create Vitamin B12 so it must be provided by our diet or food supplements. As you age you can be susceptible to vitamin B12 deficiency, which can often lead to fatigue, muscle weakness, mood disturbances, mood disturbances, dementia like symptoms, and other issues. For older individuals and people with diabetes, especially those taking metformin, this vitamin may help if you are deficient, and can be a boost to energy and reducing fatigue throughout the day.
