Changing behavior is on my mind. Figure out where you want to be. You may dwell a few moments to assess why you are where you are. To get to the new place will require action, not the status quo, continuous, forceful, relentless, not looking back, until the desired behavior becomes ingrained, reflexive, impulsive–a change of momentum. Risk, fear, doubt, procrastination, brick walls, oh yes! That is why you keep your eye and mind on the target, changing old thinking and habits. Just Do It, and Do It, and Do It…If you are tentative, you have no power!!! This is for me, too…
