Aging and Vital Nutrients

As we age we lose vital nutrients that are critical in keeping us happy, healthy, and feeling young. Replenishing those nutrients through proper supplementation, along with adapting a balanced diet and active lifestyle, can help us all to feel forever young. An active lifestyle is very important for healthy aging.
Poor food choices, lack of exercise, lack of quality sleep, and poor stress management, all speed up the aging clock. We are either depositing good stuff into our “body” bank, or making withdrawals. Most of us are on the withdrawal side and have been for a long time.
To fully enjoy what life has to offer, our body and mind need to be primed to do so. We want to be both physiologically and psychologically able to maintain the functions as they were when we were younger.
Do we know the people around us well enough to know if they want to add to, and sustain, the quality of their lives?
