Walk the Talk

Give whatever you expect, Have great expectations, The more you expect the more you have to give…
Our values only become our real world when we walk the talk. When we fail to do that, people are left hearing one thing but seeing something quite different. What they see is their real world, and they respond accordingly.
You earn the right to expect others to do things by first doing those things yourself. If we wait for the other person to start, we lose control of our own destiny.
Vision without action is meaningless, and waiting is one thing we cannot afford to do. It is our individual behaviors and actions that, together, afford us the greatest opportunity to live our values and ensure our continued success.
You, we, (I am), are responsible for making it happen. Words to live by are just words, unless you live by them. People support what they help create. What gets reinforced gets repeated.
