Beautiful, radiant skin really comes down to a science. We’re going to talk about what causes
your skin to age and lose its radiance. Even better, we’ll be learning and practicing proven ways
to combat those “skin-emies” and maximize your glow!
➡ The 7-Day Glow Up Challenge Habits:
• Get 7+ hours of sleep each night
• Do your morning YOUTH® skin care routine
• Do your nighttime YOUTH® skin care routine
• Eat Beauty Foods:
• 1 serving of berries
• 1 serving of leafy greens
• 1 serving orange and yellow veggies
• 1 serving of omega-3-rich food or supplement
• 60 + oz of water
• Apply SPF
We will be diving deeper into the why and how behind these habits. This is going to be fun!
Our Challenge group lasts 7 days, but we encourage you to go for a full month so you can see
the results in your skin. Skin cell turnover is 40–56 days, so with consistent skin care habits, you
