When to Call 911

pg. 5: When to call 911–In some women, the first signs and symptoms of heart disease can be:
Heart attack–Chest pain or discomfort, upper back or neck pain, indigestion, heartburn, nausea or vomiting, extreme fatigue, dizziness and shortness of breath.
Fluttering feelings in the chest (palpitations).
Shortness of breath, sudden fatigue, or swelling of the feet, ankles, legs or abdomen.
Be aware of these facts to be able to do self care, care for others. We take your heart health very seriously. You should too. Questions? There should be. The last several posts are really the tip of the issue, and this is need to know and do stuff. Having done CPR on several people I can only suggest that is a grim time to be be looking for a fix. Heart disease is a long term acquired affliction, mostly measurable too, and few do that, especially early and on. There are big clues in the new book Outlive by Peter Attia, MD. The above info is largely from Vitamin Retailer, Feb 24, editorial by Janet Poveromo. I have what you need of those, too. We are at your service… Bruce
