Exercise, TV and your heart

Poor physical activity ranks as one of the highest risk factors for cardio vascular problems Only 16% of Americans participate in sports or physical activity daily. Five times more watch television, usually averaging 4, or more, hours. Your metabolism goes somewhere between sleep and death when you are watching TV, and most people eat and/or drink while watching TV.
