Water intake is often enhanced by adding fruits and veggies to the water to give it some tantalizing taste. This is especially helpful with our elders as their sense of taste is often diminished and they don’t drink because of that. They also forget. It helps young children as well. If your water is chlorinated, or has other chemicals or minerals in it, it may not have an attractive smell or flavor. Infusing fruits or veggies can offset this. So can filtration.
