80% of world wide population is carbohydrate intolerant

I listened to Dr. Tim Noakes instead of Dr. Google. Dr. Noakes premise is that the body’s response to balance CHO is to keep blood sugar and insulin low as it is undesirable and not natural to have CHO in our systems. To move this forward, means that CHO intake needs to be strictly controlled, perhaps 25 grams per day at most. There was some panel debate about this, more in awe and trying to frame it, than in rebuttal. Remember, there is no RDA for carbs, and there is for protein and fat and a boat load of micronutrients, of course. This is compelling for many health reasons, quite possibly for sports nutrition. We can discuss this with liberty, and justice for all, off line. From years of clinical work and millions of meals cooked and served, I have some insight into this as well.
I should have some links and resources in a day or so. Message me and we can talk.
