Deal and communicate with people effectively. It helps to concentrate on listening. No one is an island, suggesting that we are social beings and inevitably thrive with other human interaction. For some of us the communication part and the socializing part is not easy. Skill sets and confidence can be involved. We can evolve. Sometimes we have to be bold (but nice). Learn to make good use of the available technology and the communities it has created. And now we are about to make another quantum leap with this technology. Some of it will be good to great and some may be downright intrusive, even dangerous or threatening. The latter being why we need to be informed and active. No matter our endeavors, there is always company available, we don’t have to venture out or into anything without a friend, ally, or other. And, yes, it takes energy and thought to cultivate these relationships. This has a direct effect on our health, especially our mental health. Who would have thought…
