How You Think is Everything

The moral of tonight’s story is that the eyes have it. The eyes tell your story for those who can read your eyes. You can’t fake it. Be persistent, consistent and work hard. Organized, efficient, purposeful, systematic, may be better than saying “hard”. Be patient with yourself, realizing that you can go only as far as your skill sets allow you to. Set time aside to work on those. Also, referring to distance, you can only go as far as your nutrition allows you, don’t compromise their either. Health, wellness, or lack thereof, didn’t arise overnight. It took years. Even with optimum nutrition and lifestyle choices, it will take months, maybe years to turn things completely around.

One step at a time is the only way to achieve success. The Kaizen Way or Tiny Habits can help you with the tools. It is worth it. To set sights high, have worthwhile and meaningful activities and actions daily brings Joy and satisfaction, and increases our strengths for keeping on. “How you think is everything: What You Think, you Look. What You Think, You Do. What You think, You Are.”
