Microbiome, probiotics and prebiotics wrapup

Wrapping up this short series, probiotics modulating the gut microbome can have real world impacts on mental health, stress prevention/relief, weight management, and improving health in numerous other ways. Stress induced gastrointestinal issues, mood, exhaustion, fatigue, and more can be offset. Why not ? The cure is in the kitchen, so to speak. The prebiotics fuel the probiotics and potentiate their numbers and power. They help support the gut-brain axis as well. We want to acknowledge the benefits of herbs that support the gut-brain axis as well. All these work together for our health and benefit. Branding is important. I can make recommendations.
