Americans Eating More Junk Food Than Ever

Well, what do you want? The good news or the bad news. Americans are eating more processed foods than ever before. Pizza, fast food, soda, other sugary drinks, sweets, most breakfast cereals, account for more than half the total amount of calories consumed every day. Whole foods give us only 27% of our calories. These lifestyle choices are actually illth style choices-heart disease, obesity, diabetes, increased risk for C19 infection, etc..
