Got healthy brain function?

And research suggests that what you eat today will help (or hurt) your cognitive abilities later.” (dementia marches on, insidiously, and possibly for 50% of us, and we can prevent it). Mostly this is from an intro to “The Mind Diet”, a very important tome, by Maggie Moon. This. and Peter Attia’s book “Outlive” should be well hilited and acted upon by all of us, or, certainly, our caretakers.
