Master Your Metabolism

We’re excited to start our next Challenge on Monday, diving deep and learning more about metabolism, the hormones that regulate it, exercise that supports it, how to fuel it correctly, and simple lifestyle changes that will help you feel your best. You’ll get a Healthy Eating guide with over 68 pages of recipes and healthy eating tips, a workout plan, a recipe booklet, and a month’s supply of products to support you in the group. Here’s a sneak preview of tips to stay hydrated throughout the day. We all know we should drink more water, and often we don’t do it. Making it easy to do seems to be the key.
A significant contributor to dementia like symptoms is dehydration. How does your car work when the radiator has no water in it? Is that metabolism?
