An Alternative Approach to Allergies

Sometimes an answer lies in history, recent and ancient. Often we become entrenched in false belief and defend that stance vehemently. Perhaps that action is easier than learning new stuff. It is difficult to invest a lot of time learning about something only to have the old facts dashed by new information. This may be more painful if you are the one having researched the old info for your career or passed that info to a lot of clients. Wrong doesn’t sit well. An Alternative Approach to Allergies is the title of one of Theron Randolph’s books. He is the father of clinical ecology. The intro, if nothing else, by Ralph Moss, is a telling story of medical entrenchment, or being stuck in the mud. We have seen it repeatedly, always to the public’s detriment. One may suggest this politic is going on presently in the field of gluten syndrome and related diseases. Supposedly Randolph lived grain free and talked about it in one of his books. I am looking for that book. My only Randolph book has been loaned out and I no longer have it. If anyone has any ideas on this please let me know. I have clients who cannot tolerate gluten free foods for various reasons but need to be gluten free. The solution to this situation has some degree of urgency. If someone has an idea about this I would like to know it.
