Did you know that the nutritional value of our produce has drastically declined over the past 50 years?

In a study of 43 crops in 2004, researchers found statistically reliable declines for six nutrients — protein, calcium, potassium, iron, and vitamins B2 and C.

Grains have also experienced a decline in nutrient composition.

A 2020 study published in Scientific Reports found that protein content in wheat decreased by 23% from 1955 to 2016, as well as significant reductions in manganese, iron, zinc, and magnesium.

Clearly, we don’t get as many nutrients as we need from the food that we eat.

However, supplementation can make up for the shortfalls in our diet.

We will cover this and much more, starting 30 May 23, 7pm Eastern.
A different kind of cleanse, for the first week, then the intro to eating clean and resetting your body and mind.
