Develop a Plan

Develop a plan. Plans fail when you fail to plan. No one goes from an unhealthy lifestyle to fitness and a healthy lifestyle overnight. It takes days, weeks, even months of planning and adhering to that plan to realize your goals. There may be relapses-this is not a permission slip- get right back on it and as the journey progresses so does your skill set.
